Robert was fantastic, very friendly and did an amazing hair cut which I just love ????

The hair cut looks good but they didn't even ask what specific things I wanted done with my hair. They also missed the lower half of my neck and left me covered in cut hair. Not worth $20 plus tip. I have better experiences and outcome at Craig's cuts for half the price

It all started when a young mother came to the Supercuts to get her 18 month old son a haircut, she had a 3 year old daughter In tow. I was in the waiting area while my husband was getting his hair cut. The hairdressers told this young mother that her children MUST where a mask. The mother explained that her children were too young. The hairdressers refused her business unless her kids wore a mask. So the young mother left, took her business somewhere else. I voiced my support for the young mother while wearing my mask. Shortly after ( I still waiting for my husband) I pulled my mask below my chin to drink my coffee that’s when I got admonished. She said “that’s why the young mother left because she didn’t want any her kids to wear a mask so Yoy should leave too.”
I said I’m not refusing to wear a mask I merely moved it to drink my coffee . Then a customer said , “ you should go outside.” Under my breath I said “you should go outside “
I know that was uncalled for but I was fuming at that point.
I felt bullied by the hairdressers

I’m a very angry guy with the Supercuts located at Sunrise Plaza 6895 E Lake Mead Blvd Ste 4 Las Vegas NV 89156.
I made an appointment for 12:30 PM today. I know that doesn’t mean I just walk in, set down, and get my hair cut at 12:30. Appointments are intended to control the number of people that can be served at any one time.
Having said that, I went into the shop at 12:30. One of the ladies asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, at 12:30. She looked a little angry and checked the computer. Another lady came out and the First Lady showed her the computer screen with a look of “Really?”. The second lady said, did you make this apt on line?? I said yes I did. Neither of the ladies looked happy. The second lady said there would be a delay and asked me to come back in about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, I went back inside the store and see a new guy sitting in the chair waiting to get his hair cut. The ladies again said there would be a delay and to come back at 1:00. I left the store, got in my car, and drove home.
I felt soooo bad and soooo badly treated. I’m a little at a loss to put this into the proper words. It was hurtful and humiliating to go though this. Is it because I’m a 65-years old guy and they don’t like cutting old guys hair? Is it because the new guy waiting was much younger than I was so I can wait because old guys have nothing to do anyway??? I will likely never know.
I have been getting my hair cut here for most of the 20 plus years I have lived here. Now I will have to find a new place to go and I guarantee you, it won’t be a Supercut store.

The individual who cut my hair spent the totality of the 20 minutes I was there complaining about: co-workers who didn't show up; customers; the pay of the job; political candidates; lack of lunch options; lack of tips from customers; the inability to stay on unemployment.
The result: the worst, weirdest-looking haircut I've ever received -- three weeks before my wedding. Unfortunately, because my hair had been drenched at the start of the session (not misted or splashed with water like in past haircuts, but completely waterlogged), I couldn't get a real sense of how my haircut actually looked until after it had dried about an hour later.

The Supercuts in Loveland Colorado did a great job cutting and coloring my hair.
Go see Vikki she is FANTASTIC and knows what she is doing.

Brittany Stamper is an amazing person where my son will only let her cut his hair and when she cuts his hair she's always is sweet.

Will never use super cuts again.
5 times in two years after explaining in detail what type a cut I want, they didn’t listen.
Tried reaching out and no one returned my call.

I trusted the master and told them to do whatever they want for me to look beautiful and they coped with this task. I liked the result and will definitely come back for new experiments with my style.
